World Economic Forum Recognises TechWolf as Technology Pioneer

Belgian HR Tech Solution Makes the List of 100 Most Innovative Growth Stage Companies

  • The World Economic Forum, the annual gathering of influential CEOs, politicians and journalists that convened in Davos last week, announced its selection of the 100 most promising Technology Pioneers of 2022: companies tackling issues from sustainability and climate change to healthcare and more.
  • This year's cohort includes representatives on six continents with a reach far beyond traditional tech hubs such as Silicon Valley.
  • TechWolf, a leading Skills Intelligence platform that helps multinationals and governments find, activate and upskill their workforce by providing insights in skills and skill gaps through AI, was selected for its contributions in the field of ethical artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Ghent, Belgium 1 June 2022 - Skills Intelligence platform TechWolf has been recognised by the World Economic Forum as a 2022 Technology Pioneer for its work in helping large companies and governments find, activate and upskill their workforces using artificial intelligence.

The World Economic Forum recognises start-ups and scale-ups from around the world that are using new technologies and innovations that can have a significant impact on business and society. The list has previously included successful growth companies such as Google, Kickstarter and Twitter.

TechWolf's goal is to put people in a position to develop and make the most of their talent. By providing employees and managers with real-time skills insights, TechWolf facilitates career development and internal mobility and elevates the HR function to a more proactive and strategic role in the business.

"We are immensely proud to be included on the World Economic Forum's list of Technology Pioneers. This achievement is further recognition of our mission and the impact our unique technology can have on people, businesses and society," says TechWolf CEO Andreas De Neve. "In the current context of a tight labour market combined with a growing complexity of employee skills, we see that it is an absolute priority for leading companies to map their skills and skill gaps. Where until recently such skill management was a time- and labour-intensive process, we now see TechWolf clients get started in less than 8 weeks."
