On 27th September at Workday Rising, TechWolf was announced as one of the trusted AI vendors selected to be part of Workday’s new AI marketplace.

The marketplace comprises a handful of proven, trustworthy and responsible artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) apps within the Workday ecosystem. It brings together the best of Workday AI and solutions from third-party partners together in one place. The marketplace will feature AI and ML apps that integrate easily with Workday data via APIs, as well as apps built through Workday Extend using Workday-trained large language models (LLMs).

All solutions that are part of the new AI marketplace are required to go through a certification process to ensure they are aligned with Workday’s AI principles and values, such as a commitment to responsible AI, before being added to the marketplace.

TechWolf’s Skill Engine™ connects existing systems via an API-first approach to get an instant, up-to-date, and unbiased view of skills and skill gaps in an organisation. TechWolf extracts and infers skill data from HR and business systems and provides employees with a mechanism to validate those skills whilst giving full visibility to their manager. The result? Comprehensive skill profiles that are complete, accurate, real-time and unbiased. By creating a single source of truth for skills - together Workday and TechWolf empower employees to take control of their careers:
