Ann-Sophie’s journey to TechWolf and her new role

Ann-Sophie’s journey to TechWolf began three years ago at the Vlerick Career Fair, where she was completing her Master’s in General Management.

After deciding to transition from consulting, Ann-Sophie applied to our company. Throughout the interview process, she had multiple opportunities to ask questions and get to know the company and its people. This, she says, was key to feeling confident about her decision. “The multiple interview rounds really helped me understand the culture and get comfortable with the idea of joining,” she reflects.

“I first discovered TechWolf at the Vlerick career fair, since then, I’ve been following TechWolf and have always been intrigued by the journey.

Being part of our Professional Services team has offered her exactly the kind of role she was looking for. “What excites me most about this role is the chance to make a real impact through concrete, measurable results for our clients,” she explains. Working with clients every step of the way, from identifying use cases to implementation and ongoing support, has been both fulfilling and rewarding. “It’s incredibly satisfying to contribute directly to their success, whether it’s through hands-on assistance or training sessions. You really get to see the difference you’re making."

A structured and supportive onboarding experience

Since joining TechWolf, Ann-Sophie has been actively connecting with colleagues across departments and getting familiar with the company culture. “The atmosphere has been incredibly welcoming,” she shares. "Even before my official start date, I was invited to celebrate TechWolf’s birthday—a moment that immediately made me feel part of the team."

Her onboarding process has been structured and thoughtfully tailored to support her transition. Clear expectations for the first few weeks allowed her to focus on learning the product, understanding TechWolf’s vision, and preparing for her role with confidence.

“It’s been really helpful to have such a well-organised start,” she reflects. “There’s an open culture here where asking questions—big or small—is genuinely encouraged, which has made the adjustment much smoother.”

Looking forward to what’s next

Ann-Sophie is really excited about working with her first client and applying everything she’s learning. For now, she’s still observing and shadowing in client meetings, but she’s eagerly anticipating the opportunity to lead her own projects and see the tangible outcomes of her efforts.

“The culture here has been incredibly energising,” she shares. “I feel like I’m surrounded by like-minded people, all committed to building the next chapter of TechWolf together. It’s such an exciting atmosphere to be part of. Happy to be part of the pack! ”
